Beer Quality Beer Selection Food Service Overall
Good Good N/A N/A So So
They changed owners, and with it, the name, bar design and much more. Just not the same place for me! I MISS IT!

Good So So Lousy Lousy Lousy
I'm a newcomer to San Antonio, frequented this establishment on several occasions only to decide that this place was not worth it. Gave it a chance because I'm from Houston and the name attracted me. The service straight up sucks, treated me like an idiot. The staff was personable only if money displayed in their face. Don't go here if you have the option. Tourists----stay away. These people will take advantage of your "tourist status". Ale House, take your torn leather couches and shove them up your ULA!!!!

Good Great Lousy So So Good
Could be a lot better, but a good bet if you're stuck in downtown san antonio and aren't doing the Rivewalk thing. THey have the NTN network, which is a good time killer and a way to avoid talking to the overdressed crowd.

There's a beer type for everyone's taste. Food consists of a few basic sandwiches, worse than a school lunch.

Great Great N/A Good Great
Located downtown, near the Hyatt Hotel. Nice place. Nitrogen system for tap beers. Prices were a buck cheaper than some on the riverwalk ($4 vs 5)
