This is the perfect place to go for any occasion. Hang out after work...go there for lunch...perhaps a birthday....they will always make you feel welcome. Try their fantastic burgers or the meatloaf-they are both fantastic (the chili can't be beat). Believe me-the food is awesome (its not just bar food). Ask for Kevin he will be sure to take great care of you. It can be a little smokey at times but you will always be sure to have a grea time.

Aside from its location below Pure Gold, a good restaurant with excellent beer selection. Several Brooklyn and Rogue beeers on tap, as well as a dozen more local brews and regionals. Good bar food menu, and they have NTN trivia and lots of TVs -- a GoodBeer sports bar! What a concept.

Best selection of local microbrews in central NC (best in NC, other than Barley's in Asheville, Blue Ridge Mtns). They love good local beer and prices are reasonable. Also, the clientel gets interesting after midnight!

Used to go to Harrisons alot when I used to live right around the corner in Cary. On a visit back from UK (where I live now - ale heaven) we stopped back. The bottom broiled burgers were still the best, but the beer scene had gone noticably downhill. It looks like the major stock of bottled is now over, and everything is switched to taps (fine by me), but at least half the beers had run out! Service was mediocre as usual too. I'll still go for the burgers, but I sure hope the beer situation is better next time.

Very good selection of micros on tap and in the bottle. I will be stopping here again during my travels. They were remodeling while I was there, looks like they are growing. Great Place.

This is our favorite bar. This bar is mainly a microbrew bar. They have 15 taps and always keep at least one of those as a stout. The 'black and blue' burger and cheese fries are worth the trip alone.

This taproom has become a favorite watering hole for my friends and I. There are at least fifteen different beers on tap. The range of styles is wide, prices are reasonable (no $4 pints here) and the atmoshpere is really down to earth. I HIGHLY recommend stopping in.
