Awesome beer & awesome food! So glad we stopped here. Service is kinda slow, but everyone's nice & there's college football & pitcher specials to pass the time... highly recommend! Try the sampler of all the beers... hard time choosing a favorite

I visited this brewpub on 7/17/08 and had the following beers; American Blonde Lager 4.7%, English Pale 5.1%, Rye Pale Ale and their 2005 Barley Wine. Don’t expect to get a sample of the Barley Wine unless you get a chance to talk to the brewer Alan Stiles. He was disappointed with the carbonation of the barley wine, but I found it to be very tasty if a little under carbonated. TV’s are located on many of the booths of this obviously Irish brewpub. An excellent fair of Irish foods were served that made this lunch outstanding. This brewpub has a hard time keeping up with the demand for their beers. An expansion will be necessary to keep the locals happy.

The Scotch Ale was fantastic, but very strong(10%), and the Irish Red was very smooth. Had the open faced Reuben, and it was very good. Definately recomend stopping by.

The way this place is set up is smart and practical. It's divided in half with almost a formal dining area on once side and casual both/hightop/bar area on the other. Thay have individual widescreen TVs in each booth which I was impressed with. The food was outstanding and the beers were incredible. They had 7 on tap, all with very clean finishes and lots of flavor. Great job Alan! I wish I had time to stick around for more. I shall return!

I was in town for business and staying at the Marriott. The front desk suggested Shamrock Brewing Company for dinner. I planned on something to eat and then head out for some drinks, but didn't need to. Dinner was amazing for a brewpub. The server said everything was "house made". I have heard that before and never trust the statement, but she was right. Everything was even the blue cheese dressing. Well, this is PubCrawler not foodCrawler, so enough. I ordered a black rye bock (my first) it was amazing. But the 12 year old Red Breast Irish Whiskey stole the show (only 6 bucks). Not to mention all the flat screen HD tv's, I watched the Olympics, played played NTN trivia and poker. Everything was great, Shamrock Brewing Company would ROCK in Denver!

Great Food! The Traditional Irish character of the food is awesome. The Beer is amazing and a brew for every taste. The restaraunt is amazing too. So many HD T.V.s with every sport you can think of, what a great place to grab a bite to eat, drink a cold beer and watch a game. I like to old/new look to the bar. I miss the old Irish Pub, but the Shamrock Brewing Company makes me wonder, "Why not sooner?"
I will be back!

The Irish Brew Pub is now the Shamrock Brewing Company. This is an upscale version of the old pub. The rustic bar still exists, the restaurant is very comfortable. My favorites beers were the Irish Porter smooth and wonderfull coffee after taste and the Belgium White (Wit) smooth, nice after taste, and very pleasant color. Sorry to see the Chile Beer go and no slope burgers. Green chiles are a local staple.

What a great place!! Building erected in 1908, family business since 1944. Interior takes you back to another time. If you belly up to the bar, the owner may be your bartender. Great history of place, and good fun if kicking back and one to enjoy the efforts of a stand alone facility. Will be back!!

best place in pueblo to get a quality beer and some good food. not a typical irish pub, not a typical brew pub. not sure exactly how to describe the character of this place, but still worth the visit.

This little pub at first looks like the typical small town tavern. But take a look at the menu or try some of the house brews and you will find it to be a very good restaurant and pub. My personal favorite is their Porter. It isn't too dry, nor is it extremely sweet.
