Service and Food quality may have been what did this place in, but it was not for the quality of beer. I read a review that said they did not have a stout. Too bad, they must have taken it off tap after I was there in 1996. This was clearly a mistake. I would still rank the stout I had there in the top 3 I've tasted nationally. What a loss for Phoenix.

A fine brewpub with very good atmosphere. Although the number of beers is always impressive, I was somewhat disappointed by the selection. There was not IPA, stout or porter available. The ESB was very good and the amber was excellent. Worth the visit.

A little hard to find for an out-of-towner, but worth the effort. Ate outside which was very pleasent the evening we were there.

The real standouts were the IPA, which was good and hoppy, and the hefe weizen, which had that great fruitiness you expect from a real Bavarian style hefe. The porter and the amber were also very good. The blonde was a blonde, which is nothing to get excited about if you are person who truly likes beer. The only disappointment was the raspberry wheat, which had no flavor except for raspberry, I was hoping for a good hefe with raspberry (like Norwester). On a Sunday afternoon, the place was not too smoky and the drunken chicken pizza was fantastic.

For some reason, this place didn't impress me. It was awfully smoky, dark, and drab. But the beer was good, and the place has potential.

Excellent pale and nut brown ales; IPA off. Very attractive bar with dark paneling, mirrors, side tables with stools. But avoid Fri/Sat nights unless you enjoy eardrum bursting music. Location - SE corner of Camelback and N. 20th Ave. (not west side of 20th as noted below)

Yes, the wings are great, get a sweat going only the IPA can wash down. A large selection of various beer styles, with a chalk board listing OG's, and AL5, hop types used, etc. A great brewer.

An excellent selection of above average beers. I would put Coyote Springs second only to Hops! in terms of beer in Phoenix.

I stopped by Coyote Springs Brewpub while on vacation and sampled several beers. They were all above average in quality. I also had a good conversation with the brewmaster, Brian Miller. If you are in the area, stop by and try some beer!

I've been sampling beers in Arizona for about 3 years now and Coyote Springs consistently is the brewery in Arizona. Every new batch produces new flavors. The amber is about as good as it gets.

Being an avid beer driker from Portland OR it is tough to top the great beers of the Northwest, however Coyote Springs does have a good selection and is one of the top microbreweries of Arizona. Try the amber, a good hoppy beer that has a great aftertaste.

Although this place is an absolute meat market at happy hour times, the beer merits a visit. Fine selection of brews, with relatively frequent rotation. Don't count on prompt service unless you're a particularly aggressive customer. Parking can be a headache despite its location in a shopping center. Bar menu food items are generally good.
