Cancellation policy varies. Reservations for the Holiday season of Dec. 20thst thru Jan 1st has a 30 day cancel policy. Jan 2nd thru April 30th has a 14 day cancel policy. May 1st thru May 22nd and Oct. 1st thru Dec. 18th has a 7 day cancel policy. May 23rd thru Sept. 30th has a 72 hour cancel policy.
Reservations canceled outside of the cancel policy will be charged for 2 nights room and tax and charged 3 nights during the Holiday Season, Dec. 20th thru Jan 1st.
