"Mcsorley's is the epitome of what an Irish pub should be, and not these johnny-come-lately cigar bars who call themselves Irish pubs just because they have guinness on tap. I used to go there a lot when I lived in New York and still do when I go back for visits. This is an especially cool place for history buffs. The people that work there are down to earth and nice and the best time to go to avoid lines is on a Sunday afternoon. The cheese and mustard and cheese platter are a must and the beer price is unbeatable, especially when there's a bar just down the street that charges way too much!!! Have fun and Erin go drink!"
