"This place serves all German lagers. Pretty good stuff. The Lager was very clean, the Krauesen had a pleasant, mild sweetness, and the Pilsner had a nice little bite. Where the improvement needs to come (and where I rated them low) was in the selection. This was great beer, but truly aimed at the Lowest Common Denominator (ie. Bud) drinkers. I am certain that these guys have the skill to make stuff like a Hefeweizen, Dunkelweizen, or a Maibock, which would have been a great addition to their spring/summer lineup. Service and Food were both plentiful and excellent."
