"This is my favorite place to eat in Illinois. The portions are large, but it's the quality of the food that sets this place apart. The chef has a knack for enhancing the food with spices, rather than over powering the food. The atmosphere is unique and fun. The beer selection is fantastic. Of course the fair is meat and potatos, but I've never been this excited about meat and potatos. I live 45 miles away and it is always worth the trip. A true gem."
