"All in all this place has great decor and is verfy friendly. The food is top notch and the beer is not far behind. Once the bugs are worked out in the brewery I bet this will be another fine example of what a fantastic brewer Tod is. The initial beer offerings are very good and will only get better. After a wimpy Pilsner attempt with an all-extract kit, Tod realized he needed more information to enable him to create his own style of brewing. Some readings in the beer brewing literature plus a course in brewing enabled Tod to produce professional quality beer and go on to win awards.
