"I just found this website so I'm adding my review, be it a little late. My wife and I went in July of 2004. We have now been spoiled by what we both agree is the BEST place we have ever been to drink. The beer selection was fantastic and the beer themselves, are, in our opinion, the best we have had. We now compare every brewpub to Elysian. (none compare of course.) I realize it's only beer, but living on the east coast, I salavate for the west coast beers. They have figured out how to do it right. I guess the knowledge has not made it across the continental divide. We went to the one on Capital Hill. We will go back and camp out all day when we get back to Seattle. Just have someone call us a cab. :) Slainte!!!!!"
