"Friday night at 7:00, place not that busy. Took 15 minutes to get a drink and didn't get my change back until I had almost finish my first drink! Bartenders are bad, really bad. Got settled upstairs for dinner but no one ever can over to give us menus and take our order! We told some tall guy we would like to move down stairs to eat (Band was playing, they were very good but we could not talk) so we go down and wait until he clears off a table up front. Then that was it! No one ever came back to take our order!! Sucked!! We left and went to Pinheads. "
