"I was formerly employed by Toro Resteraunt I can tell you that the quality of the food is sub par often served when past its prime, the owners have a taste for illicit substances, and not to mention they do not pay their employees consistently and happened to fire me because they owed me money, there are leaks in the roof, often they purchase their liquor from a local liquor store which by liquor laws is highly illegal."
