"Here's the deal. Barrow Street has some things going for it. It's affordable, has a pretty decent selection of beers, and good bar food. However, no one can get past the fact that the owner makes this place miserable. He's that bad. Don't even bother going. Although it pains me because the place is really cheap by New York standards and the food is really good. I would rather they raise the prices and so the owner can afford a much needed attitude adjustment."
