"We generally fly a small plane to Colorado but in this case, weather precluded, so on the way back, we planned to stop at this brewpub/restaurant, having heard good things about it. My gosh, we have now made Hays a flying destination. That is how good the food is. It is nearly gourmet quality. The beers are typical of micro breweries that I have tried, excellent.
