"The beer selection is great, the beer quality is great, and it's great to see hand pumps serving cask beer. However, I was disappointed in the size of the head they serve, although 20oz glasses are used I received a gigantic head on my beer. When I asked for a 'top up' I was told that it was company policy to serve that size head, and they refused to fill my glass. At those prices you expect a full pint What a swindle!"
