"The beer's ok, if you have it upstairs. They have sanitation problems downstairs, with all the kinks and bends in the lines feeding the downstairs taps. I guess it would be too much of an investment to rip out the walls and replace the lines, and if nobody complains or has the guts to say anything, it won't change. I think that beer is a sideline there, anyway."
