i have been in hops for years. the past 2 experiences were not as good as usual. about 3 weeks ago, i ordered a open steak sandwich. the mest was very tough. i didn't sy anythin. but today i took company, and your menu advertises beer battered onion rings, we got dark burt onion strings. i returned them, then got a new order of onion rings, but they were too greasy. i ordered you bacon covered shrimp. this was 45 min later, and they were not cooke. the bacon was very uncooked and the shrimp were still almost raw inside. i did tell the waitress, a manager came over and took the items off my bill. unfortunately, i couldn't and didn't want to order anythin else. i truely hope this does not occur again, or i will never go there again. i lived in the area for 26 years now, have a business, and teach in this area. so we do et out often. just noted FYI only. thank you, viola
