Agree that the service is not great even when you're at the restaurant; I'd never get delivery or take out from here. Getting fried food delivered usually means getting soggy food in my experience. In person, the fish sandwiches are awesome, as are the fried zucchini. The best thing is the $2 32 oz draft specials they have. Love it!

My delivery order was placed on March 7th at 11:20 am. I received my order at 1:55pm. The service obviously was terrible. I called at 1:15 to see what was taking so long and they gave me a long list of excuses that I did not want to hear. I called again at 1:27 and they said the order was just going in. When we finally got the food, the soup was cold, the fish was cold and soggy. I will NEVER order from here again and will go out of my way to tell people how bad it was.
