Just so all readers know: these reviews are for three different "Tully's", not for a single common Tully's. the three locations are in no way related, and are owned by different people.

Probably one of the worst dining experiences ever: Saturday 6pm the place is empty, not a good sign. The menu was a filthy food stained mess. I wanted to leave, we should have.Md Crab soup tasted like cabbage and crushed tomato soup the crab meat was, there the flavor wasn't, nor were any other vegetables just cabbage and crushed tomatoes. Crab cake was a joke in a town where almost everyone has a good crab cake guess who doesn't? Prime rib was okay, unfortunately the I was served apple sauce with a spoon stuck in it and after the first bite realized the spoon was "filthy", hardened food was stuck on the back, I almost lost it! The waitress was apologetic and said she should have looked at the spoon before serving it! NEVER AGAIN, Avoid this place like the plague, apparently like everyone else!

We will never return as it was probably the worst dining experience we have ever had. First, it is rather strange that they ask for your drink order as you are walking to the table. That would'nt be so bad if they actually had a reasonable liquor selection and even half the wines that were listed on the menus. While there were 3 waiters and 6 occupied tables, it still took 15 min to order the food. Ten minutes later we were told that they were out of one of the entress we ordered. We overheard a waiter indicate the same for two other entrees ordered by other parties. When the food finally came, the quesadilla ordered came without the side order of guacamole. They indicated they were out even though I specifically asked whether it was homemade when it was ordered. In general, the food was marginal; however, the fries were greasy, not well cooked, limp, and luke-warm, therefore essentially inedible.

I wanted to share my experience at Tullys yesterday night. A couple of friends and I attended the Tuesday dollar crabs, and we were put into the back room. The waitress had told us forty minutes until the crabs would be ready. We sat down, and waited for the crabs. The waitress I believe only got us our first round of drinks and that was it. After an hour went by, and the waitress had not came to our table, we went to the bar and got our own drinks. About an hour an a half later she finally comes to our table and told us the crabs were still not ready. One of the friends that I was with, who was very upset, complained to her. He was not the nicest person at that point considering we haven't ate anything for hours because we were saving room for the crabs. He did say a couple statements that were a little rude, but not anything that was inappropriate considering the situation. About a half an hour later a boy that works in the restaurant, Richie, comes out and threatens my friend. His first statement was something along the lines of "don't talk to my girlfriend like that". Then made threatening statements towards my friend. First I do not believe that employees should be dating in the work place. We immediately spoke with a manager and told him our whole experience and that we were upset. We were told we would be compensated. About fifteen minutes later our crabs finally arrived, but there was only about a little less than two dozen on our tray. This whole time our waitress never came back to the table, and completely ignored us. Finally after sitting there for more crabs/our bill, we finally asked the manager for our bill so we could leave. When the bill came, we were being charged for the whole two dozen crabs. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I'm not one to normally complain, but I could not believe how long it took for the crabs. We were told forty minutes, and waited almost two and a half hours. I just wanted to make someone aware of what had happened that night. There was also a woman and her son attending that night. They arrived right before we got there and came to our table and asked how long we had been waiting for. They were there about two and a half hours also. Finally when their crabs arrived, the woman had returned to our table. She asked if our crabs had been recooked. When said no, but she explained that every crab she had opened at the table was recooked and tasted horrible. When I used the bathroom that evening, I also found several women talking in the bathroom about what a horrible experience they were having that night with the service. WORST TIME EVER EATING OUT!!! I WILL NEVER RETURN AND I'M SURE NO ONE ELSE THAT WAS THERE THAT NIGHT WILL EITHER. Please do not eat here. On Weds. night, seafood stop in fallston has dollar crabs you can take home with you, so you actually get to eat all the crabs you purchase. And their crabs are worth the price! Hopefully if you read this, you will take my advise and not waste your time at this restaurant!

Just to let people who smoke know Tully's smoking policy. .
My friend and I were at Tully's on 2/28/08 enjoying a meal and a couple of drinks. I wanted to go outside to smoke a cigarette and told the dreadlock wearing bonehead what I was doing. He told me in few words as possible " if you go out that door, you will pay $7 cover charge to get back in." I said you got to be kidding, I just spent $70 for food and drink in there and you going to make me pay $7 to get back in. In his very limited vocabulary he said "yea". I went back inside, finish my drink, paid my $70 bill and asked the bartender if this was policy. "Yes it is and I think it sucks. That is how the owner wants it and she is not going to change it."
I found out that the owner Diana or Diane was not there, she is only there Mod. - Weds. So she was no help.
So for all of you smokers that go to this joint be forewarned. If you are there before 9 p.m. enjoying a meal or drinks and have a craving for a smoke do it before 9 or that will be a $7 cigarette.
