This restaurant USED to have the best sandwiches in the area. However the customer service has been lacking for a long time and after today, this long time customer will not be returning. Today they forgot to remove the plastic casing around the pepperoni on the sandwich that I had ordered and when we told the owner about it, he just shrugged and said "do you want me to take it (the casing) off?" Not even an apology.
