Thursday, 9/3/09 - 8pm - went to the Cook Out on Kester Mill Road. We ordered AND PAID FOR a large order of onion rings and a large order of fries - they gave us regular orders and they were ice cold. Also, ordered the chicken strips - they were rock hard and ice cold - had been cooked for hours. We ordered a cheese burger and it was not done. We had to throw ALL the food out!!! I called and spoke to the manager and was told they were having problems with the grill and the fryer. Well don't serve food to customers then - you can kill someone!!!!!!!!!! Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
