Arkeg: part arcade, part keg, all awesome
 For those out there who’ve been dying to invent an old-school arcade system with a keg inside, bad news, someone beat you to the punch.
The obvious good news is the Arkeg is a classic stand-up arcade stocked with games like Mortal Kombat 1-3, Centipede, and Street Fighter II, and doubles as a fully functional kegerator. This isn’t a dream.
The Arkeg Drink n’ Game System is the brainchild of Allstarcade, a California-based company that specializes in bringing favorite games up to speed with modern technology. So in addition to having two joysticks a trackball and 69 pre-loaded games, the Arkeg has a 24’’ HD LCD screen, WiFi capabilities, DVD player, subwoofer, and of course, space for a 5-gallon keg and 5-lb. CO2 bottle.
Inspiration for such innovation? Brant Meyers, Co-founder of Allstarcade, says the stroke of genius came from wanting to merge two separate objects that typically take up a lot of space.
