Foam: A freelancer’s dream. Also, everyone else’s as well
 Two years later, Foam — the combination coffee shop/bar — is almost here.
The St. Louis joint from owner Mike Glodeck has its liquor license but still needs consent from the state’s imprimatur. He’ll sell hot dogs and other snacks while he waits on the bureaucracy to catch up to his great idea.
As freelance writers who spend an immense amount of time in coffee shops, we couldn’t support this idea more. There are times when you just really want a beer while you finish up another difficult day of blogging. You’ve worked hard, you deserve it. But going to the bar seems a tad much. Well, problem solved. Mr. Glodeck, on behalf of every freelancer we know, thank you.
 Just draw us on one of those chairs, please.
