The dining room waitress was great. Had a few drinks at the bar first and found the barstaff snobby, but afterall we are in the snooty part of the state! Beers were very good. I've had lunch there previously and found the bar friendlier, hit and miss I guess. Not a casual Brewpub like the rest in the state of NJ. |

To bad they screwed up with the brewing. Nice historic building, but without them brewing, it's just more Pub Grub in another bar. |

I ahve been coming here since they opened and have never been disappointed! Cajun style food is awesome. Great beer selection and they always have a cask conditioned beer on the pump. Wait staff rarely turns over, so if you go often, they remember you. Get reservations on a Saturday night or during Mardi Gras. |

One of my favorite bars. Whether you are in the mood for a microbrew IPA or a $4.00 pitcher of Pabst, it's the place to come. Great College Bar. Not clean, so if you are into that, stay away! Beer soaked carpeting and smoke stained walls add to the charm. |

The quality of the beer really is not awesome, it is the atmosphere that makes the beer! My favorite NYC Bar. Nothing beats the Cheese Plate. We got the waitress to give us the mustard recipe!! It is just Colemans mustard powder mixed with McSorleys Dark. Try it at home! I asked the bartender what the sawdust was for. He said it was to soak up the Beer, the Booze and the Blood. Classic! Make sure you check out the urinals THEY ARE HUGE !!! |
