A restaurant with a tiny little bar in the back, this place is THE local scene on Tuesday nights for the $2 pint night. Usually very busy Fridays and Saturdays as well.
Fun and funky atmosphere, great beer selection, excellent food with an interesting menu. Great bar grub for a town with little else to offer after 9 pm.
Wish they stayed open later though, closes at midnight. |

Really a pizza joint but always has a great selection of Pacific NW beers on tap.
The pizza is the best in town, and in the region imo. Atmosphere a little bright and busy to really hang out and just drink beer though the artwork is outrageous.
Pizza recommendations: The Edward Abbey (yummy veggie) or The Bent (decadent meat-lover's choice). |

A popular hangout for some of us locals for the food, excellent service, and mug-club privileges more than for quality beer.
Some good food and a friendly atmosphere. For great tasting local brews there are many better choices in Boulder; if you wish to try your luck here anyway then try some of the seasonals.

Has nobody tried the doppleboch they make? Everyone at the table agreed it was the best of all. Simply amazing, best beer I've had in a long long time. Amber very good as well.
Food was alright, I had the brats/sausages which were okay but not as good as some of the other things we ordered (like the steak). |
