Stopped in for a quick after dinner drink. I was surprised to find a Doppelbock on tap. As an amateur brewer, I realized how challenging a beer this is to make. It was very good. I would place it somewhere between a Paulaner Salvator and an EKU 28 Kulminator. Very good company to be between if you are a Dopplebock. I did not have the chance to sample the other brews, but any brewery that can make a beer like a doppelbock rates high on my list. |

Some of the best micro/craft beers I've had at any brewery. Very close to style in every catagory represented. Head Brewers Jason Wood and Kevin Burton are a couple of great/friendly guys, not to mention awesome brewers. Thanks for the tour of the brewery. Food is fantastic as well. The Halibut alone is worth the trip. Keep the fermentors full Boys! I'll be back soon! Kevin Jones Music City Brewers Recognized Beer Judge |

Opps! Pesky enter key (next review). Consistantly brewing beers true to style along with excellent specialty beers. Fun atmosphere courtesy of friendly bartenders, great ownership, Chuck Skypeck, and a tremendous brewer, Fred Scheer. |
