Awesome! Great N/A Awesome! Awesome!

Establishment: Back Alley Brewing Company, Colorado Springs, CO

This place has no seating, simply about 4 foot of bar space and a long railing to lean upon that separates you from the dozen silver, shining brewing tanks.

The food consists of pretzels during the week, and chips and salsa on weekends. What more could you want?

When you walk in, you're almost inclined to turn around and walk out. You think you walked into someone's manufacturing plant. But once you try one of the beers, you want to stay and try them all.

Samples are free. Pint cups are $2. You can take home a half gallon for $5. I tried their Pilsner, 4th Quarter Lager and Porter. I'm going back to sample their other 4 types, real soon now.

Establishment: Bucksnort Saloon, Sphinx Park, CO

The Bucksnort Saloon is about the last establishment standing in the ghost town of Sphinx Park, CO, located at a crossing of two dirt roads in the middle of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Truly worth the trip into the mountains to visit a bar from the 1800's. Watch your step, no two planks on the floor line up.
