One of the best IPA's I've ever had, a coffee stout that was literally the best "cup of coffee" I've ever had, and a penne/four cheese/smoked tomato dish that was one of the most original pasta dishes I've ever had. I was only sad to observe that most of the customers weren't partaking of these fabulous brews! I saw lots of Miller Lite, wine coolers, et al. Wake up, Chattanooga...you have a jewel of a brewpub downtown. |

The Radeau Red is their award winner -- it was made of leftover ingredients and surprisingly emerged as their flagship. The porter and pale ale were also excellent. Call these people and find out more about them -- they're really neat. They also make root beer and orange cream soda for the kids -- my son sucked down more samples than I did! |
