Triumph Brewing Company, Princeton, NJ
Living in Staten Island, Triumph is not as convienent as some other brewpubs for me, but this is the one that I keep returning to. The town is hip, the beer is great to sip, overall it was worth the trip. If you're brewpub hopping, PA is right over the Delaware Water Gap, but Triumph gave me my fill and gave me a thrill.....and made me wax poetic! |

Killmeyer's Old Bavarian Inn, Staten Island, NY
Voted best actual "bar"(bar top) in NYC. These guys take pride in their place; German atmosphere (clocks, animals, steins, things written in German). Beer list- great, full, and concentrates on Germany and eastern Europe countries. Strengthy beers in bottles and on tap (Optimator, Aventinus, and Oktoberfests(seasonal)). Try the veal chops and a nice Bitburger. |
