My wife and I tried the sampler which had beers that ranged in similarity to, on the light end, water, and on the other light end, Coors Light (but not as good). We immediately left and any time we want to make fun of a place, somehow "Hops" ends up in the joke. BTW, about the only Hops were there was the name on the sign... |

Third time was not a charm...
What I thought was a kid friendly pub was, in fact, the opposite this time. The bartender caused one of my 8 year olds to cry and we ended up leaving early because of the "mean" factor.
I recommend that families with children avoid this place. |

Brannigan's just opened in the last month. The Bangers and Mash were excellent and so were the Fish and Chips. Drank Smithwicks off the tap, my wife had Strongbow Cider. This place has an incredible atmosphere. Good Irish and English beer selection. The only negative was that I love Murphy's Stout and they only had Guinness on tap, oh well, none of us are perfect. They were kid friendly and the children's menu was good. |

It is worth a trip to Eureka just to enjoy this brewery. The Great White Ale was excellent. The Downtown Brown ranks up there too. Food was excellent. Fun place. |

I saw that the previous post listed Murphy's as being on tap. We found that they had Guiness, but not Murphy's (even though they had a sign for it). The kids menu was poor (i.e. they were out of some of the items). The service was mediocre at best. You might as well skip this exit and head 5 minutes south on I-25 to the Rockyard Brewery. IMHO. |

Had a fun time on the tour. Was a bit disapointed that there is no free tasting at the end of the tour. I guess this is to be expected as it is located in a college town. But... All is forgiven as the visit was in October and the first Celebration Ale of the season was available in the restaurant! This was the most incredible beer ever! |

Best tour ever! Make your reservations as early as possible. The hop room was the most incredible smelling place in the world. The kids loved being up close to all the production equipment. Always a fun trip to take the light rail to Union Station, stop in for food and a drink. The Wixa Weiss is excellent on a hot day, the Sagebrush Stout on a cold one and the IPA is good anytime. Have a drink or two and then walk over to the Tattered Cover or Coors Field. |

What a downhill slide. My wife and I used to love to come here. Now, the service is worse than Denny's. This used to be the flagship of the RB chain, now it is a complete embarassment. We have now had 3 bad visits in a row. There will be no number 4, at least not for a while. |

This is my second review for the RockYard. After two years of being somewhat disapointed with the food and service we were pleasantly surprised today. The food was very good and the service was great. Now for the important stuff. The Wildcat White Ale is an excellent German Weiss. If you choose either this or the Hopyard IPA you can't lose. The beer here continues to "Rock"! |

First, and most importantly, the beer is always awesome. My favorite is their Devil's Back Stout. It won the Silver at GABF a few years back and deservedly so. 6.0 to 7.5 in alc. content. Not for the light of heart. We bring the family here often and the staff is always very patient with us. |

The Hopyard IPA is the best IPA in the Denver region. Food is good, service in the games area is pretty poor. Service in the restaurant area is good. Good place to drink and bring the family (not a negative in my opinion). |
