I stopped in and picked up a growler of Pete's Pale Ale, written up as "American Pale Ale amber in color well hopped with Cascade hops characterized by a dry, crisp quality. ABV 5.6%". I was disappointed - no hops at all in this beer nor much taste of any kind. The beer wasn't bad, just bland. I also had 3 pints, no buzz at all. I think the beer may have been in the tank too long & lost it's taste. |
