McSorley's Old Ale House, New York , NY
I was treated to a visit to McSorley's by my father as a weekend trip to New York for my 40th Birthday. What a treat it was, a hug and a kiss from the bar tenders, pic's behind the bar, autographed book from bartender Bart-the poet and plenty of consumption of light and dark. All the while the place was packed with fireman and policman from local and beyond after a 9/11 memorial service. What an experience. Can't wait to go back! |
