We stopped in for some beer and a bite to eat on a saturday at around 2pm. We sat in the tap room, and ordered the sampler. All of the beers were flavorful and interesting, and i ended up ordering the Belgian style brown with Sour Cherry, and my dh ordered the Pale Ale. Both were magnificent! Next came our appetizer. We had ordered the spinach and artichoke dip. It was served in a bread bowl that was more like a croissant, and it was absolutely delicious! My dh ordered the pumphouse burger, and i ordered the turkey burger, and we both enjoyed our meals. Our server was attentive without being bothersome, and all in all, we had a fabulous experienc there. |

We stopped in to try the beer and have a bite to eat at around 3pm on a friday afternoon. The wait staff was not attentive or pleasant. Our server mumbled, and i had a difficult time understanding her. We tried the sampler first, and I chose the Pale Ale, and my dh chose the pilsner. The beer was fine, but it did not excite us. The Chili that my DH ordered was incredible, but the rest of the items that we ordered were mediocre. Perhaps we caught them on a bad day, but this plase in my opinion, was nothing to write home about. |
