I'm biased, since I live down the street from them, but I am also critical, since I want this place to do well. The beers have been great. Recently, there was an double IPA on tap that was brewed with all organic ingredients (Big Hoppy). It was great. The regular beers range from a lighter Kolsch that is quite tasty to an IPA that rates up there with the best of them. The food is quite good, ranging from standard pub to some tasty specialties. The Jambalaya is very good, as are the spent grain pizzas. A great stop if you are in the area. |
