Went there twice in one weekend while passing through. The first time we had excellent service as we sat at the bar and the food was quite good. The second time we had very poor service and the food was poor as well. The beer selection and quality was good both times and I took some with each time. I especially liked the Pale Ale. I would try this place again if I get back to Escanaba. |

Lake Superior Brewing Company, Grand Marais, MI
The beer was excellent but they only had four kinds available that day. I had all four and was very happy with each. The atmosphere is great for traveler's. We spent four hours here on a rainy day and the homemade pizza and appetizers that we had were outstanding. Not many other choices in Grand Marais, and there doesn't need to be with this place in town. |

Had a nice lunch but the food was not outstanding. Very nice lunch menu though and I'm sure there were plenty of good things to eat there. This bar seems to be a college bar. The beer selection was limited but I tried the Pale Ale and the Octoberfest. Both were very good. |
