Visited on a Saturday evening, Feb 21, at 7:00 p.m. They were already out of pierogi, crab cakes, crabmeat salad and not one bottle of merlot was in the house. No iced tea was available. Only table for more than four was in the smoking section. This place... as do a lot of Pittsburgh venues... has a lot of potential. They have got to get out of the mindset that they are a corner tavern that caters to locals. Our waitress, who was also the hostess and the bartender, had a pleasant attitude. Too bad she had to apologize so many times for being out of items. |
