Establishment:
Goose Island Beer Company - Clybourn, Chicago, IL
Goose has been around quite a while now. Since they opened their Fulton St. facility the beer quality has started to slip: The beers aren't sharp anymore. Still a good place, but I wish they'd concentrate on the big flavors that used to be the norm. |

Establishment:
Main Street Brewing, Cortez, CO
The Pale Ale and the Porter were great on draft, just OK in 22oz. bottles. Service was good, but the kitchen might be suspect. |

Establishment:
Steamworks Brewing Company, Durango, CO
A roomy establishment just off Durango's main drag and the madding crowd. The beers were good, especialy the Irish Lager. |

Roosters 25th Street Brewing Company, Ogden, UT
Everything our party ordered off the menu was outstanding. The Irish style dry bitter stout was very tasty. |

Establishment:
Moab Brewery, Moab, UT
The brews were good, although they were out of Stout. Another example of brewpub decor-on-the-fly. I bet in season the place is mobbed, and rightfully so. |

There is no reason that the world's best Calamari should be served in Indianapolis, but it is at the Circle V. The beers are very tasty: the decor neo-diner? |
